Your whole oven will fiz, breaking down all that caked on grease. The stains should come out pretty easily when you clean your oven with vinegar and baking soda. An added bonus is that this duo is great at removing smells from your oven as well.

- Baking Soda
- Distilled White Vinegar
- Rag
How to Clean Your Oven with Vinegar & Baking Soda:
- Mix baking soda with a little water to form a paste
- Cover oven surfaces with paste – including oven racks and door
- Let sit overnight
- Spray with distilled white vinegar
- Close door & let sit 1-2 hours
- Scrub in circles with rag
- Rinse rag and wipe out oven
Ammonia & Boiling Water
Our second oven cleaning tip is super easy. The hot water and ammonia work together to loosen the tuck on grime from oven surfaces. You’ll be able to wipe the gunk out easily, without too much elbow grease. Make sure to use rubber gloves when using ammonia to clean your oven.
What You’ll Need:
- Rubber Gloves
- Ammonia
- Boiling Water
- Baking Soda
- Sponge
How to Clean Your Oven with Ammonia & Water:
- Preheat to 200 degrees
- Turn oven off
- Put 1-2 cups ammonia in oven safe dish
- Place on middle rack
- Put 2 cups boiling water in oven safe dish
- Place on bottom rack
- Let sit overnight
- Remove dishes
- Drizzle hot, wet sponge with baking soda
- Wipe out oven
Magic Cleaner Spray
Another great oven cleaning tip is to use this all natural, homemade spray. Simply spray the mixture all over the oven surfaces and let it sit overnight to work its magic. You can even use this spray to clean your bathroom. It will leave your oven clean and smelling great.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 oz. Dish Soap
- 4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 8 oz. White Vinegar
- 10 oz. Water
How to Clean Your Oven with Magic Cleaner Spray:
- Mix all ingredients in a large spray bottle
- Spray entire inside of oven with solution
- Let sit overnight
- Wipeout residue with wet cloths until clean
